Our Story
Homelessness has always existed in our community, however, visible homelessness has increased in the last few years. A group of local leaders, residents, and officials have been coming together since December 2023 to get serious and collectively develop a plan to address the issues we are facing as a community. This group of people became a steering committee and through that steering committee the Asotin County Alliance for the Unhoused was born.
